What we do....
We provide a safe and caring environment where you can improve your chronic health conditions and injuries from the past. We are lifestyle change specialists; we provide you with the tools to make long term improvements to your health, we aren’t interested in short term band aid fixes.

Paediatric Exercise Physiology
We are committed to improving the lives and well-being of children. We aim to empower children and adolescents to lead healthier, happier lives, help improve gross motor skills, balance and coordination. We understand the unique needs of little bodies, combined with this knowledge and passion we nurture children’s physical development.
Medicare and GP referrals
A chronic disease management (CDM) referral enables your GP to collaborate with allied health professionals, such as exercise physiologists, to improve chronic health conditions. We accept CDM referrals and work with you to develop a program that will target the chronic disease you present with.
Do you have an NDIS plan? We are a registered NDIS provider meaning we can assist self-managed, plan managed and NDIA managed NDIS participants. We help NDIS participants live better lives, live more independently and reduce the impact of their disability through guided exercise programs.
Group Exercise Classes
We offer TWO types of group exercises classes; personalised group exercise classes and structured circuit based exercise classes. Both classes are designed to assist individuals in achieving their health goals through guided movement programs and cater for a wide range of conditions and abilities.
Living well with diabetes is possible; we specialise in crafting exercise plans to improve all aspects of your diabetes. We have a few different programs tailored specifically for individuals with diabetes to assist with stabilising blood glucose levels and over all well-being.
Each phase of a woman’s life presents different challenges in regards to health and well-being. Our professionals have completed further training to enable them to prescribe exercise to suit these challenges ranging from pre-pregnancy, post-partum to menopause to aged related conditions such as osteoporosis.
Exercise in water is an absolutely amazing modality for individuals with join pain, limited movement and balance. Hydrotherapy provides amazing benefit for all age groups, children with sensory conditions benefit from the soothing effects of water, whilst the elderly are able to gain so much more movement than they can on land.
We understand that no two injuries are the same and take an individualised approach to rehabilitation from a work place injury. We are able to offer hydrotherapy and gym based sessions as part of rehabilitation plans.
