 We all know that our health should be a priority but the demands of work, school and extra-curricular activities often leave us, as parents, sacrificing our health and fitness activities. We often find that prioritizing health and spending quality time together becomes a trade off, as parents we can feel guilty for taking time for us, we ensure our kids get their exercise, but we don’t always do our own!

Enter our family fit bootcamp; a bootcamp for parents and children where parents and children can exercise simultaneously, addressing the time crunch, and strengthening family bonds, promoting a healthier lifestyle and forming healthy habits as a family. Health is wealth, making time for exercise is like making a deposit for our future self; making that deposit now will ensure we can do everything we want to do in coming years. 

How is Family Fit different?

Our accredited exercise physiologist’s will take care of your fitness goals and your children’s fitness goals by running two separate group sessions: one foe parents one for adults. That way parents can focus on their own exercise knowing their children are in capable hands and also exercising. 

Sessions focus on strength, aerobic capacity, agility and flexibility.

Who is Family Fit suitable for?

Family Fit bootcamps are suitable for parents and children of all abilities.  

Children’s bootcamp groups are for children between 5 and 17 years. 

Children under 5 are welcome to attend the sessions but will be required to be supervised close to the parents session. 

Children over the age of 17 will be required to attend the adults group.
