Exercise Physiology has many benefits for individuals with permanent disability that impacts upon their ability to take part in day to day life. We provide supports through Improved daily living or improved health and well-being funding. We are registered providers meaning we meet the stringent guidelines set by the NDIS commission and we are able to provide support to individuals who are self-managed, plan managed or NDIA managed.

We tailor programs to individuals with conditions such as:

  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Intellectual disability
  • Physical disability
  • Muscular dystrophy
  • Stroke
  • Acquired Brain Injury
  • Spinal cord injury
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Chronic pain
  • Movement disorders
  • Neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease
We help people:
  • Move Better
  • Live a more independent life
  • Improve balance and coordination
  • Improve gait
  • Improve fitness and endurance
  • Manage pain and fatigue
  • Be active in the community

We offer all NDIS participants a free introductory session where we can determine if we would be the right fit for you. From there you will attend an assessment consultation to determine:

  • Your goals
  • How you move
