Our principal exercise physiologist Louise Cooper and personal trainer Kim Tate both have a special interest in Women’s health and assisting women achieve optimal health throughout different stages of womanhood. Each phase of a women’s life brings with it unique changes in hormones, changes in morphology and even changes in roles and responsibilities. These changes require different exercise prescription for the best management.
